 and some other accountants stumbled on a fixed deposited sum in a dormant
 Numbered account (recently nulled), while we were auditing accounts at the bank for the 2003
 financial year and the account was discovered to have been dormant for almost
 3 years. No inflow Or outflow of funds, which was quite unusual for any

 On further investigation, we discovered that these funds (according to bank
 records) totalled in Swiss Francs, CHF 94,838,854.97 and this is roughly
 about USD $ 80.25 Million (Eighty Million, Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand
 United States Dollars) including accumulated interest which apparently was
 deposited by a Mr. Karl Bardach, a Spanish National who lived in Vienna,Austria
 (this is according also to the banks' records) and who died recently, without
 providing any beneficiary Or next of kin to claim his assets. The cause
 of the man's death is unknown to me as of this point.
  
 This account was recently added to the list of dormant accounts here in

 for this account and account holder's name as proof that this account is
 real.
  
 We took this matter under investigations and reported it to the UBS Regional
 Manger, for further consult, with regards to what should be done with this
 account. We were instructed to undertake investigations to locate any relations
 (family-wife, children, father, mother, cousins, and spouse) whom can come
 down to Switzerland and claim the funds.
  
 We were given access to a worldwide database for our search .We had access
 to International Banks in different regions of the world and their past
 / existing clients records and also the United States Social Security database
 and other financial credit institutions.
  
 We have been searching ever since 2003 after the discovery of this dormant
 numbered account and for the next of kin to come up and claim the assets
 worth approximately USD $ 80.25 Million (with accumulated interests).
 According to Swiss Laws and the Bank secrecy agreement signed with the client,
 the information with regards to the location of these funds and other relevant
 client information, cannot and should not be divulged to any third party
 outside the bank, so I would like you to please keep everything I tell you
 confidential and do not disclose this information to anyone.
  
 What I want to suggest is your help, to assist claim this money as the Sole
 beneficiary to Mr. Bardach.
  
 Thus, all I am therefore requesting is your assistance to act as the next
 of kin, to enable us announce to the Bank that we have found a Beneficiary
 of Mr. Bardach?s assets and make preparations for transfer of all assets
 to your name.
  
 For your assistance, you must have to maintain a high degree of secrecy.
 Trust and adequate confidentiality is also required and on successful completion
 of the transfer of all assets to your name and new account, we have agreed
 that you will retain 20% of the total sum (CHF 18,967,770.994 approximately
 $ USD 16 million) while 80% will be for my partners and me.
